How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund amount will include the full product price but excludes original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product). Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, shipping error, or mistake on our part. Damaged or Defective Products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different package size (2-bottle, 3-bottle, or 6-bottle), please return your original order for a refund and place a new order on our website. You can also contact customer service for assistance with placing your new order.

Subscription Orders

TrimX does not have automatic subscription programs. All orders are one-time purchases. You will never be charged automatically or enrolled in recurring billing without your explicit consent.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders older than 60 days from the delivery date

  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or marketplaces
  • Returns without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number
